SHIPPING CHARGING POLICY: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight of the merchandise and shipping location. When ordering online the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the USPS online system. If you would like, you can contact us at 715 937-0505 to confirm the shipping fee for your order. Please be sure to double check your address. If the package is sent to the incorrect address and is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

• RETURNS & REFUNDS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances, due to the nature of our products. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final. If there is something you want to try, please let us know and we can send you a sample to try with your order. If you received the wrong item or a damaged item from your order, we will be happy exchange it for you, if it has not been used or unsealed. Please take a picture and provide an explanation directly to Jackcreekfarmllc@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve.
